Mr. Ndung’u Kamau is an accomplished Hospital Administrator with 20+ years-experience in Hospital Management, Financial Management and General Administration.
He holds a postgraduate certification in Healthcare Management from Strathmore University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting Option) from the University of Nairobi.
Mr. Ndung’u holds a certification in Quality Systems Management and is a trained QMS Auditor.
As a Hospital Administrator, he offers leadership in administrative functions, Finance, Human Resource, Supply Chain Management, Support Services, Customer Experience, Business Development & Marketing, Nursing Services Management as well as Medical/Clinical Services Management
Prior to joining Kanyimbo Hospital, Mr. Ndungu worked with PCEA Kikuyu Hospital as an Administrative Services Manager where he oversaw the Administrative Services Management function that included
Departmental Budgeting & Monitoring, Construction Projects & Programs, Biomedical Engineering, Facilities Management, Insurance, Funeral Home Administration, Guest Hostel, Laundry & Housekeeping, Security Services, Staff Housing, Fleet Management, Farm Management, Restaurants as well as Patient’s Catering Services.
He previously worked with Melchizedek Hospital as a Finance Manager, Penchant Bridal & Events Limited as well as Mater Hospital as in Financial Management & Administration.
In addition to his role as the Hospital Administrator, Mr. Ndung’u is the Secretary to the Board Committees.
